Dr Deepak Mehta, B.D.S., M.D.S., Ph.D

Credentials: PhD in Operative Dentistry
Field of specialization; Operative Dentistry and Endodontics, with a special interest of Aesthetic Dentistry.

Dr Mehta has more than 20 years of experience of operative dentistry and serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Cariology at Saveetha Dental Collage & Hospital, Chennai Saveetha University.

Dr Mehta has contributed as a co-author of several textbooks relating to Restorative dentistry and dental materials. He has more than 30 scientific papers published in international journals.

 

Objectives of the lecture

A long-term favourable treatment result of an endodontic case is strongly associated with well executed treatment protocols and methods- starting with working aseptically to a final permanent restoration.

This workshop will focus on how to handle an easy-to-use modern file system combining very few numbers of files with high versatility options in workflow.

The workshop will also discuss the tooth restoration, can new digital treatment applications and new advancements in material science help us to solve old endo prosthodontic problems?

During the workshop you will have the opportunity to practically work with a complete root to crown solution using the Sendoline S3 System and Ceramir CAD CAM blocks from Directa.
